The company is established in 1995 under the name Avtohit 2000 Ltd. and is 100% private owned:

• Avtohit 2000 Ltd.- dealership of new and buyback cars; service;
• Avtohit Trade Ltd.- selling alternative and O.E. aftermarket car parts.

In September 2017 Avtohit Trade Ltd. acquired V&D Auto Ltd. The two companies kept their brands. V&D Auto Ltd. is specialised mainly in import and distribution of aftermarket car parts in the premium segment with proven premium brands. The ownership and management of the three companies Avtohit 2000 Ltd., Avtohit Trade Ltd. and V&D Auto Ltd. is the same legal entity

The organization is importer of worldwide known brands like: HANS PRIES GMBH & CO.KG, popular in our domestic market as topran; MEYLE AG; CD; Spi; Clean filters; Impergom; STC; Talosa; Raicam; a.b.a; Shark; Zollex; BSG; Begel etc.Through V&D Auto Ltd., Avtohit Trade Ltd. added to its portfolio the premium brands: SACHS, BERU, HEPU,LEMFÖRDER, KNEHT, ELRING,WAHLER, TEXTAR, MAHLE etc. It also offers to its customers: LUK, INA, ContiTech, GATES, FAG etc.

 

LOCATION

The central warehouse is located in Stara Zagora. We have warehouse in Ruse and retail shops in: Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, and Burgas. All of them specialize in the wholesale and retail trade of aftermarket spare parts for German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean and some American cars. The warehouse in Stara Zagora is situated on 2 floors on a total of 3200 sq.m.
